miHistoria is a digital health application for the Canary Islands that allows you to access the history of your health and the healthcare system of the Canary Islands from the comfort of your home. You may access your scheduled appointments, as well as identity and clinical data including medical history, allergies, routines, constants, diagnoses, and immunizations, with this tool. Along with an electronic prescription, you may also obtain nursing reports, main hospital discharges, nursing, emergencies, outpatient consultations, and diagnostic testing based on your medical history.
